The City of Long Beach
Long Beach, New York is an attractive seaside community that frequently hosts parades, walks, and other outdoor events. The pedestrian walkways were lined with planters, providing a physical shield from traffic. While charming, weather extremes made the flowers difficult to maintain. City Department Officials also desired to update the walkway barriers to a seaside theme.
